Deliberate provision of false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using flay99 is lawful in their jurisdiction. flay99 does not represent that the platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their flay99 login credentials. All wagers placed on flay99 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all wager details — including stake, selection, and odds — prior to confirmation. Technical errors that result in incorrect odds being displayed must be reported immediately; flay99 reserves the right to void wagers placed at materially incorrect odds. In sports betting, flay99 follows standard industry practices for event voidance (e.g., match abandonment, walkover), and settlement rules are published in the flay99 Sportsbook terms. Where an Account is terminated without cause by flay99, the Player's verified cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned within a reasonable timeframe via the Player's registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which flay99 operates.
